Concord Battery pleased to provide this on-site schedule maintenance program. Basic Planned Maintenance (BPM): Is recommended to be performed every 300-500 hours. At this level, for an internal combustion unit the engine oil and filter are changed, and systems lubricated, and maintenance checks are completed. Electric unit basic maintenance includes similar maintenance checks and system lubrication

· Forklift Oil and Filter Change

· Minor Adjustments

· Visual Inspection

· Operational Checks

· Clean with Compressed Air

· Fuel System

· Hydraulic System

· Inspect Engine Compartment

· Fluid Levels

· Electrical System

Maintenance schedule to be performed daily, monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually 

Firmness to a maintenance will keep a forklift prolong its useful life and costs associated with major repairs. 

• Keep forklifts clean to detect defective parts.
• Use only a qualified person to inspect, maintain and/or repair forklifts.
• Tagging  forklift and reporting the problem to the Technician.
• Keep all moving parts well lubricated.
